JCCAC has reopened the L0 and L1 Galleries, Central Courtyard and Jockey Club Black Box Theatre. To comply with the Government’s latest regulations under “Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance”, before entering these venues, all visitors are required to (i) scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code; or (ii) fill in the online form to record the visit Note; or (iii) register their name, contact number and the date and time of the visit Note.
JCCAC will continue to maintain current epidemic containment measures as follows:
(1) The opening hours of JCCAC remain unchanged. Only the L1 main entrance on Wai Chi Street (with stairs) will be in use, with all other entrances closed as epidemic containment measures. For goods delivery, wheelchair users or others who need to enter from the L0 loading bay on Pak Tin Street, please ring the bell whereat and wait patiently for the security guard to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to these special arrangements.
(2) Any person entering JCCAC must wear a self-provided face mask and sanitise their hands. A thermal detector has been installed at L1 Wai Chi Street entrance, which is remotely monitored by the Centre security staff, who may request to check again any individual’s body temperature if needed.
(3) All persons entering JCCAC must abide by the “Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation” (Regulation) gazetted by the Government, including but not limited to the extension of the “congregation restriction” which prohibits groups of more than 4 persons to gather in public, with effective from 24 February 2021.
(4) The cleaners will maintain the extent and frequency of cleaning and disinfecting work in the washrooms and public areas. Due to manpower constraints, the public toilets on L2, L4, L6 and L8 will be closed, while all tenants’ and accessible toilets are not affected.
Any person who fail to cooperate as requested, or display fever (forehead temperature above 37.5C), fatigue, cough, diarrhea, vomiting or other flu-like symptoms will be refused entry or asked to leave JCCAC.
JCCAC will closely monitor developments and may further adjust its operation if needed. Please refer to JCCAC’s website and Facebook page for updates. Your kind attention and understanding are much appreciated.
